Food Adventure at Love One Cafe

Love One is a retro-literary styled cafe that's located on the 4th floor of ATT 4 FUN. The cafe provides a very comfortable dining environment, the lighting is slightly dim to create a cozy atmosphere. Love One Café’s philosophy is to create a completely different food adventure for their customers by using fresh ingredients and the chef's ingenuity.
Chicken Risotto with Pesto Sauce
The pesto sauce that this dish uses is made with fresh basil and olive oil. The chef also added fresh cream that made the risotto milkier .The pesto sauce is very creamy and smooth, it goes really well with the tenderness of the chicken. The scent of the basil was rich but not too overwhelming. What impressed us the most is the rice, it wasn't too hard or mushy, and the perfect texture of the rice complemented the whole dish. The dish was very impressive and is definitely worth the price.
Shrimp Pasta with Tomato Sauce
The shrimps in this dish already have their heads removed, because of the chef’s unique way of cooking, this allows them to preserve the sweetness and the freshness of the shrimp in the sauce. They salted the garlic and the onions then added white wine to give the sauce a stronger taste. The seafood and the tomato sauce work together in harmony. The spaghetti was cooked really well and it absorbs the sourness and the sweetness of the sauce. This dish is highly recommended to try !
Love One Café uses fresh and healthy ingredients to create divine dishes for their customers, they believe that great food can bring delightful memories and touching experience to people. It is also a way of sharing and showing love and compassion. The risotto and pasta that we tried out at the café indeed left a deep impression in our minds that we could never forget.
